Job Title: Network Analyst III

Location-Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Analyst III to design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, network optimization, and ensuring high availability, performance, and security of enterprise networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and manage enterprise-level network infrastructure
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Perform advanced troubleshooting of network issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls)
Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with policies
Support and optimize routing and switching protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for network-related projects
Lead network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior network analysts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting)
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet)
Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
Experience with VPN technologies and network security practices
Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark, Nagios)
Understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network issues

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent
Experience with SD-WAN and network automation tools
Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash) for network automation
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5–8 years of experience in network administration or analysis
