Job Overview: The Data Analyst III will play a critical role in managing and analyzing large-scale data sets to support decision-making processes. This position involves coordinating changes to computer databases, testing, and implementing database systems while ensuring data integrity and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, ETL processes, and business intelligence tools, along with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with growth marketers, program managers, and central analytics teams to gather data and metrics requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and ongoing analysis to enable data-driven decisions across teams.
- Build and optimize ETL processes to run marketing campaigns at scale and automate campaign reporting.
- Write high-quality SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables.
- Partner with analytics and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and rectify data integrity and accuracy issues across reporting, data infrastructure, and dashboards.
Qualifications: - BA or BS degree in a STEM field.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.).
- Experience building and operating distributed systems for data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets from multiple sources.
- Proficiency in ETL design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.) and report automation.
- Proficiency in Python and R.
- Self-starter with flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations.
- Experience working in organizations with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.

Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
