Job Title: Application Engineer – Salesforce Admin

Location-Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Application Engineer with expertise in Salesforce Administration to manage, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform. The role involves supporting business processes, enhancing system functionality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (users, roles, profiles, permissions)
Configure standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
Build and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
Automate business processes using Flow, Process Builder, and other tools
Support data management activities (data imports, exports, data quality)
Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements
Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance
Assist in integrations with third-party applications
Maintain documentation and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
3–6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities
Experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, flows, reports)
Familiarity with data management tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard)
Basic understanding of Salesforce security model
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
Experience with Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder
Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or basic development concepts
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
