Job Overview:
Pay Range: $70.00hr - $75.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 7-10 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager.
- Program management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Hands-on experience directing programs to migrate SAP HANA Analytics environments to SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Track record of managing multi-phase migrations of on-premise SAP S/4HANA environments to SAP RISE Cloud.
- Strong proficiency with Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, AI, and MS Office tools.
- Experience in SAP for 5+ years.
- Experience in S/4 HANA for 5+ years.
- Experience in Agile & Scrum for 5+ years.
Responsibilities:
- Create projects which include scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk, and issue management.
- Define project plan for the project with input from SMEs.
- Facilitate, attend, scribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Provide cutover weekend coordination and communication as needed.
- Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope, and watching for potential roadblocks.
- Report and communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders.
- Multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
- Interact with a wide range of individuals to drive relationship-driven results.
- Solve problems proactively and creatively.
- Work effectively in teams and across departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain organized documentation with strong attention to detail.
