Job Overview:
Pay Range $70hr - $75hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 10+ years of SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors experience with strong Core HR expertise.
- Minimum 3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations in a lead role.
- Proven experience leading Employee Central workstreams within large-scale transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in Employee Central configuration and design, including business rules, workflows, foundation objects, position management, and organizational structures.
- Experience with data migration, integrations, testing, and cutover activities.
- Experience managing and governing System Integrator (SI) teams and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of HR processes including hire-to-retire, organizational management, workforce administration, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
