Summary

We are hiring a Mechanical Validation Engineer to support validation and reliability testing of wearable and consumer electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute mechanical validation test plans (drop, vibration, thermal, humidity, IP testing)
• Perform product validation across EVT, DVT, and PVT phases
• Set up and maintain test fixtures and lab equipment
• Conduct failure analysis and identify root causes of issues
• Collaborate with design, hardware, and manufacturing teams
• Document test results using tools like JIRA and Confluence

Required Skills:
• Experience in mechanical validation or reliability testing
• Hands-on experience with environmental testing (drop, thermal, vibration, humidity)
• Experience with consumer electronics or wearable devices
• Knowledge of product lifecycle (EVT, DVT, PVT)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Additional:
• Must have valid US work authorization (No H1 transfer)
• Candidate should be open to travel to India (approx. 1 month)
