Community Impact Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Community Impact Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Assist with programming tied to community impact and reputation driving initiatives:
* Collaborate on materials across our Community Impact priorities/Reputation Pillars (overview decks, toolkits, etc.)
* Build relationships with internal brand contacts, external partners and agencies involved with our Reputation Pillars (example: MADD for Responsible Drinking)
* Lead local programming with sports and entertainment partners tied to community impact initiatives
* Manage support agencies, lead project management for programs and track deadlines and deliverables
* Manage Community Impact resources and communication channels for wholesaler CSR contacts, including overseeing the Community Impact inbox, program participation tracking, Community Impact assets on Company Marketing.com, and organizing quarterly Wholesaler Network calls
* Support Community Impact trade marketing efforts to help promote our programs through branded items and resources, available to the commercial team and wholesalers

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
* Prior experience working with non-profit organizations and/or in the community affairs/public relations space preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage in external-facing conversations comfortably and professionally
* Must have strong attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task
* Design experience a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
