Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead with strong expertise in eDiscovery operations, project management, team leadership, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders while managing eDiscovery support services, operational workflows, quality assurance, and resource coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Government managers and client agency stakeholders
Lead and manage all contractor support activities related to eDiscovery operations
Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day operational support services
Develop and manage short-term and long-term project goals, milestones, and deliverables
Monitor operational workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks
Provide regular progress reports and status updates to Government leadership
Identify, assign, and manage project resources and personnel
Review work products and deliverables produced by team members
Coordinate technical support, data processing activities, and operational resources
Support organizational assessments, program audits, and management improvement initiatives
Apply methodologies, performance measures, benchmarking, and best practices to operational processes
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project specifications
Maintain project security and ensure adherence to established security procedures
Lead quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality deliverables
Manage risks, issues, and operational challenges to ensure successful project execution
Support policy development and continuous process improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
Strong experience leading eDiscovery operations and support services
Experience managing operational teams and project resources
Experience serving as a primary client or stakeholder point of contact
Strong project planning, coordination, and reporting skills
Experience monitoring workflows and managing operational deliverables
Knowledge of eDiscovery processes, technologies, and case support operations
Experience conducting quality assurance reviews and compliance checks
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting large-scale or complex operational environments
Preferred Skills:
Certification in an eDiscovery program or related software package
Experience with Concordance
Experience with Relativity
Experience with RelativityOne
Experience with Clearwell
Experience supporting government or regulated environments
Knowledge of performance measurement and benchmarking methodologies
Experience with program audits and policy development
Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements within eDiscovery environments
