Location: Remote (Occasional travel to Harrisburg, PA may be required)
Interview: Initial Virtual Interview via Microsoft Teams, followed potentially by an In-Person Interview in Harrisburg, PA
Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OnBase Technical Lead with strong expertise in OnBase WorkView and Workflow. The candidate will lead the development team and provide hands-on technical leadership in designing, developing, configuring, and enhancing OnBase applications.

The ideal candidate should have deep experience with OnBase application development, WorkView, Workflow, system configuration, administration, and Unity Client.

Required Skills

• Strong experience developing and enhancing existing OnBase applications

• Expert knowledge of OnBase WorkView and Workflow functionality

• Expert knowledge of OnBase systems configuration and administration

• Experience designing, coding, implementing, and maintaining OnBase solutions

• Understanding of Unity Client and its use in OnBase applications

• Experience with requirements analysis, application design, development, implementation, and testing

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues

• Strong experience leading development teams and providing technical guidance

Highly Desired

• OnBase WorkView & Workflow Certification

• Four-year college degree or equivalent technical experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development team in designing and enhancing OnBase applications

• Architect and optimize WorkView and Workflow solutions for complex business needs

• Configure and maintain OnBase applications and workflows

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Guide the team through the full application development lifecycle

• Review technical designs and recommend improvements

• Provide hands-on development, coding, testing, and debugging support

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams

• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and action items

• Provide training and guidance on OnBase tools and technologies
