We are seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager who operates at a Chief of Staff level to support senior leadership in driving IT, Data, and Product initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional project management requiring strong executive communication, strategic alignment, and the ability to create compelling narratives for leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of program execution, stakeholder influence, and executive storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives across IT, Data, and Product organizations.
Lead program governance, including executive reporting, steering committee updates, and leadership operating cadence.
Develop executive-ready presentations and decks that simplify complex technical and business topics into clear, strategic narratives.
Track organizational priorities, identify risks, and proactively drive alignment across multiple teams.
Act as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring programs deliver measurable business impact.
Influence stakeholders at all levels to resolve conflicts, align resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
Lead special cross-functional projects and transformation efforts as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, Business Operations, or Strategy roles within IT, Data, or Product environments.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with executives and senior leaders.
Strong expertise in presentation creation (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.) with a track record of building board/leadership-level decks.
Excellent skills in executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs with high visibility.
Background in consulting, transformation, or multi-org leadership support is highly desirable.
PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
