Role Summary
The Intersect Group is partnering with our client to identify a Business Analyst to support a high-priority revenue mapping initiative. This role will play a critical part in documenting how data flows across the sales funnel and ensuring alignment between key enterprise systems.
This individual will analyze and map the end-to-end lifecycle of sales opportunities, from Salesforce through downstream ERP and point-of-sale systems. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to capture current-state processes, identify system linkages, and deliver structured documentation suitable for executive-level presentations within a six-week timeline.
Key Responsibilities
• Map and document the end-to-end sales funnel process across multiple business units
• Analyze how opportunities flow from Salesforce into ERP and point-of-sale platforms
• Identify and document unique identifiers that connect systems and data sources
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and capture current-state workflows
• Query and analyze data to validate process flows and system interactions
• Develop clear process documentation, workflow diagrams, and supporting artifacts
• Collaborate with business partners, architects, and technical teams throughout the engagement
Key Requirements
• 4 or more years of Business Analyst experience with a focus on process mapping and data flow analysis
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce from a functional business perspective
• Demonstrated experience documenting end-to-end business processes and system integrations
• Strong ability to query and analyze data across multiple systems
• Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise architecture concepts
• Exposure to point-of-sale systems and revenue or sales process documentation preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment
