Hansen Talent Group is hiring an IT Program Manager to support a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementation initiative.
This role is responsible for leading multiple concurrent IT projects within a fast-paced enterprise. The ideal candidate has strong enterprise project leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive complex ServiceNow initiatives from planning through implementation.
This role is hybrid onsite 3 days/week.
What You’ll Do
• Lead enterprise-level ServiceNow module implementations in an Agile environment
• Manage projects from initiation through implementation and final business acceptance
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk management plans, and project documentation
• Track project milestones, user stories, tasks, assignments, and hours using ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and MS Project
• Facilitate communication across PMO, development, architecture, design, and business teams
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with quality standards
• Identify and manage project risks, resource constraints, issues, and scope changes
• Escalate project concerns and communicate impacts effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Prepare and present executive-level status updates and project communications
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure appropriate task ownership and accountability
• Mentor junior project leads and support team development initiatives
• Maintain all required project artifacts and audit documentation in accordance with enterprise standards
What You’ll Need
• IT project management experience in a leadership capacity
• 4+ years leading multiple concurrent enterprise project teams
• Strong experience managing enterprise software implementation projects
• Experience working within Agile and SDLC environments
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, resources, and project scope simultaneously
• Experience driving complex initiatives in fast-paced enterprise environments
• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
