Hansen Talent Group is hiring an IT Program Manager to support enterprise Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure initiatives within a highly collaborative environment.
This role is responsible for leading multiple concurrent enterprise IT projects and programs while partnering closely with executive leadership, security teams, compliance stakeholders, and infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage ambiguity, drive execution, and confidently present project status to executive leadership.
This role is hybrid, onsite 3 days/week
What You''ll Do
• Lead multiple concurrent enterprise IT projects and programs from initiation through implementation
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, and resource allocations
• Drive Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure-focused initiatives across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure successful project execution
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, executive communications, and stakeholder reporting
• Present project and program status updates to executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders twice monthly
• Identify and manage risks, scope changes, resource constraints, and project dependencies
• Monitor project progress daily and adjust plans as needed to meet organizational objectives
• Ensure all project documentation and audit artifacts align with PMO and ISSM standards
• Mentor junior project managers and support collaborative program delivery efforts
• Coordinate across multiple project managers on larger program-level initiatives when needed
What You''ll Need
• IT project management experience in a leadership capacity
• 4+ years leading multiple concurrent enterprise project teams
• Strong experience leading enterprise Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, or Network-related projects
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Microsoft Project
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders
• Strong project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource management skills
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive projects forward independently
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced enterprise environments
• Bachelor''s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
