Summary
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, maintain, and enhance business applications that improve operational efficiency and automate key business processes. This role will focus on building solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem while integrating with critical enterprise applications and data sources.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development, workflow automation, and systems integration, along with the ability to support and improve existing environments. This individual should be comfortable working across both front end and back end components and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps and related Power Platform technologies.
- Build and enhance workflow automation solutions to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Integrate applications with SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain custom functionality using JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
- Support, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications and environments.
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Perform testing, deployment, documentation, and production support activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and technology enhancements.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, performance, and development best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands on experience building applications with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience creating workflow automation solutions and driving business process improvements.
- Strong development experience with JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
- Experience integrating applications with SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, and SharePoint.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Experience supporting and enhancing existing production environments.
- Ability to work across both front end and back end development efforts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM development, preferably within Dynamics 365 environments.
- Exposure to or experience working with Arctic Wolf security solutions.
- Experience developing and supporting enterprise business applications in Microsoft focused environments.
