Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Change Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead engineering change processes in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of engineering change orders (ECOs), ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to processes.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of ECO documentation, validating completeness and accuracy.
  • Perform audits to ensure compliance with buy-level traceability and manage bill of materials (BOM) structures.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to prepare for change approval meetings and assess the impacts of changes on costs and timelines.
  • Support the development of best practices and process documentation for engineering change management.
  • Mentor team members on ECO workflows and promote a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering change management or related fields in an electromechanical environment.
  • Proficiency in Agile PLM or similar product lifecycle management systems.
  • Strong understanding of engineering change workflows, BOM management, and revision control processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to document clear and concise reports.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess change impacts effectively.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Solidworks or similar CAD systems and their integration with PLM.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for product deployment across regions.
  • Familiarity with supplier change request processes and manufacturing readiness frameworks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
