Senior Sourcing Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Sourcing Lead in Jersey City, NJ.

Responsibilities:
* Identify process improvement opportunities through review of end-user feedback and leading practices.
* Provide program oversight for savings initiatives, including opportunity tracking, validation, and reporting.
* Drive strategic and operational excellence initiatives, including process and technology improvements.
* Analyze industry trends and procurement technologies to inform best practices and sourcing strategies.
* Own procurement budgeting, reporting, and standardized processes across categories
* Lead Source-to-Contract (S2C), supplier, contract, and SOW management
* Develop and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies that deliver cost savings and sustainable supplier relationships
* Establish and govern strategic sourcing frameworks in partnership with Legal and QA
* Enable cost savings, cost avoidance, and economies of scale through effective supplier and category management
* Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams; drive quality delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communication
* Provide expert guidance in sourcing, procurement, vendor and third-party management to support strategic decision-making
* Build strong client and business relationships and identify opportunities to support growth and transformation

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Supply Management, or Business Administration, or in a related discipline and 10+ years of Strategic Sourcing experience
* Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
* Experience managing multiple business stakeholders as part of the internal fulfillment of the procurement function

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
