Job Description: Quality Analyst 3

Location : Richmond, VA- Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a senior Quality Analyst 3 (5+ years’ experience) to provide strategic leadership across business systems analysis, end-to-end quality assurance, and automated testing architecture. You will independently tackle complex systems problems, architect robust automation frameworks, align technology solutions with overarching business strategies, and mentor junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead requirements engineering and business process re-engineering for complex, high-impact enterprise systems.

·       Architect, implement, and scale automated testing frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Java, and TypeScript.

·       Define overarching QA strategies, test governance standards, and metrics across multiple enterprise projects.

·       Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis on complex architectural defects and recommend preventive system enhancements.

·       Align IT deliverables with executive business strategies and facilitate critical stakeholder communications.

·       Mentor and guide junior Quality Analysts and Business Systems Analysts in analysis standards and automation best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 5+ years of extensive experience combining business systems analysis, software QA, and test automation framework development.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent progressive work experience.

Technical Expertise:

·       Advanced proficiency in developing and enhancing automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright and/or Selenium.

·       Strong programming capabilities in Java and TypeScript.

·       Deep understanding of HTML, XML, and front-end architectures utilizing React or Next.js.

Leadership & Analytical Skills:
·     Demonstrated track record of leading multi-project initiatives and mentoring junior staff.

       ·       Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.

       ·       Proven capability to solve sophisticated system integration challenges and drive quality engineering maturity.
