Senior Automation Engineer - AI & Intelligent Automation
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions across Oracle HCM Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules, workflow automation, integrations, AI-driven process optimization, and cloud technologies. This role will focus on improving HR operational efficiency, reducing manual effort, enhancing data quality, and enabling intelligent decision-making through automation and AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement automation solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud business processes.
Analyze HR operations and identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, and HCM Extracts.
Configure and automate workflows within Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning modules.
Build and maintain automated data validation, reconciliation, and reporting solutions.
Develop RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
Leverage AI and Generative AI capabilities to enhance HR service delivery, employee self-service, and workforce analytics.
Create automated dashboards and alerts using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Support Oracle HCM quarterly release testing, automation, and deployment activities.

Knowledge of integrating Oracle HCM with other applications like Workday and Salesforce is a plus. Oracle Cloud certifications would enhance the candidates profile. Understanding of HR business processes is desirable.Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules is essential. Proficiency in automation tools like Automation Anywhere and Power Automate is required. Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs and SOAP services is necessary. Knowledge of SQL and PLSQL for data management is crucial. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are a must.
