Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Retail and Loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and drive requirements gathering, documentation, and delivery across multiple retail platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Retail, Marketing, Digital (Web & Mobile), OMS, and POS systems
· Lead requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops
· Drive end-to-end requirement discussions for Loyalty program initiatives
· Document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
· Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements
· Work closely with product owners, development, QA, and business stakeholders
· Ensure alignment across marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and in-store systems
· Support UAT and validate delivered functionality against business requirements
Required Experience
· Proven experience in Retail domain projects
· Hands-on experience with Loyalty program implementations or enhancements
· Strong understanding of Digital (Web & Mobile), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Point of Sale (POS) environments
· Experience driving requirements sessions and stakeholder discussions
· Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria)
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
