About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced
Data Analyst with strong skills in data collection, data systems administration, SQL, and end-user support. This role supports large-scale data systems and operations that impact statewide reporting, compliance, and analytics.
This position is best suited for candidates who have
at least five years of professional experience working with data systems and who can communicate exceptionally well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- 5+ years of experience in data collection, data management, or data analysis
- 5+ years supporting, administering, or troubleshooting data systems
- 5+ years providing end-user/system support
- 3+ years experience performing system testing (bug fixes, new features, releases)
- 5+ years with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 3+ years professional experience with SQL
- 2+ years using and administering JIRA
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with education-related data (K-12 or higher education) is strongly preferred
What You'll Do- Provide system and end-user support for multiple data collection and reporting platforms
- Train users on system access, navigation, and best practices
- Troubleshoot data system issues and restore normal operations
- Test software updates, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Identify improvements to workflow, processes, and system functionality
- Support state and federal data reporting needs
- Document procedures, data collection methods, and system processes
- Evaluate third-party or pre-built applications and their suitability for agency use
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with state or federal education agencies
- Familiarity with master data management, student information systems, or large data collections
- Ability to translate technical information for nontechnical audiences
Experience Requirements- Minimum of 5 years in data system support, administration, or data analysis
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Experience with JIRA administration (preferred)
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Concord, NH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
