Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for social program solutions using the Curam platform
• Translate business needs into functional specifications aligned with Curam OOTB capabilities
• Perform gap analysis and recommend configuration-based solutions where possible
• Support the design and configuration of:
• Eligibility and entitlement
• Evidence and verification
• Payments, deductions, and recovery
• Develop and maintain user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate configuration and functional design
• Partner with QA teams on defect triage, test scenario development, and resolution
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution support, and sign-off
• Ensure solutions meet program, policy, and compliance requirements
• Contribute to successful end-to-end delivery of Curam-based social program implementations

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Curam Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of:
• Curam Case Management
• Rules and eligibility frameworks
• Curam Financials (payments, deductions, over payments, recovery)
• Experience aligning business requirements to OOTB Curam functionality
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional design
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and QA teams
• Experience supporting configuration validation, defect management, and UAT
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Security Requirements

• Active Security Clearance is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on government or public-sector social services programs
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Prior experience on large-scale Curam implementations or upgrades
