Job Title: Sr. PEGA Cloud Upgrade Consultant
Location: Richardson, TX (Onsite, all 5 days a week)
Duration: Long-term
Experience: 10+ Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Lead and deliver PEGA Cloud version upgrade initiatives from assessment and planning through implementation, testing, and production deployment.
Provide senior-level PEGA expertise and technical guidance throughout upgrade projects.
Analyze existing PEGA applications and environments to identify upgrade impacts, dependencies, risks, and remediation requirements.
Execute and support PEGA Cloud upgrades while ensuring application stability, performance, and business continuity.
Leverage prior PEGA upgrade experience within financial services organizations and work with complex enterprise applications.
Implement and support PEGA Smart Disputes Framework capabilities as part of the solution.
Design, develop, and support Mastercard integrations and ensure seamless integration with PEGA applications.
Collaborate with business, architecture, QA, infrastructure, and integration teams to resolve technical issues and deliver upgrade milestones.
Troubleshoot upgrade-related issues and provide effective technical solutions within project timelines.

MUST HAVE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Deep hands-on expertise in PEGA with senior-level delivery experience.
Proven experience with PEGA Cloud version upgrades.
Strong understanding of PEGA upgrade planning, impact assessment, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Prior experience delivering PEGA upgrades for financial services organizations.
Hands-on experience with PEGA Smart Disputes Framework.
Strong experience with Mastercard integrations and related payment/financial service integrations.
Ability to troubleshoot complex PEGA application and integration issues.
Strong understanding of enterprise PEGA architecture and application components.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Proven ability to work independently as a senior PEGA SME while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in complex enterprise environments with strict quality, security, and compliance requirements.
Proven track record of successfully delivering PEGA projects within defined timelines and quality standards.
