Position Summary
The Technical Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, integration, and deployment of the Security Hub platform and supporting services. Working under the guidance of the Security Hub Architect, the Technical Lead will oversee day-to-day technical delivery, coordinate engineering teams, ensure adherence to architecture standards, and drive implementation of platform, integration, automation, and reporting capabilities.
The role serves as the primary technical authority for engineering execution, ensuring successful delivery of Security Hub capabilities across OpenShift, enterprise integrations, security controls, workflow automation, and AI-enabled operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Delivery
Lead the technical implementation of Security Hub capabilities across all project phases.
Translate architecture and design requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
Coordinate platform, integration, DevOps, data, and QA teams throughout delivery.
Ensure technical deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical validation activities.
Platform Engineering & Deployment
Oversee deployment and configuration of Security Hub services on OpenShift.
Ensure platform scalability, resiliency, security, and performance requirements are achieved.
Support implementation of high availability, disaster recovery, and operational monitoring capabilities.
Guide development of reusable platform components and integration services.
Integration & Data Engineering
Lead implementation of event-driven integrations across enterprise and DPC platforms.
Oversee development of telemetry ingestion, normalization, correlation, and orchestration pipelines.
Support integration with:

Validate end-to-end data flows and system interoperability.
Controls, Automation & AI Enablement
Lead implementation of the security control framework and technical enforcement mechanisms.
Oversee development of remediation workflows and automation capabilities.
Support implementation of AI-assisted triage, root-cause analysis, and recommendation capabilities.
Ensure alignment with client-approved AI governance and security standards.
DevOps, Testing & Release Management
Coordinate CI/CD, deployment automation, and release activities.
Ensure testing coverage across functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
Manage defect resolution and production readiness activities.
Support production deployment and hypercare activities.
Operational Readiness & Knowledge Transfer
Support creation of runbooks, SOPs, monitoring procedures, and operational documentation.
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with client operations teams.
Support transition to steady-state operations and post-production stabilization.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 12+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, cloud engineering, or security engineering experience.
- 5+ years leading technical teams on large-scale enterprise initiatives.
- Experience delivering complex integration and cloud-native platform implementations.
- Experience working within highly regulated financial services environments.
