Strong Oracle Absence Management experience, including hands-on configuration and Fast Formulas (at least 2 implementations preferred)
Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) experience, with an understanding of how T&L integrates with Absence
Fast Formulas expertise across accruals, eligibility, and validations (write, modify, troubleshoot)
