Please Note: These are NOT ServiceNow Developer, Administrator or Business Analyst type roles. These are SME-level Advisory roles.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for 3 (three) Advisors/Consultants, one in each of the following categories:
- ServiceNow SPM/EA
- ServiceNow ITOM
- ServiceNow ITAM (HAM)
These resources will need to have a consultative mindset, with excellent communication skills, and an SME level knowledge in one of the above platforms and its related workflow.
Each resource will be partnering with the end-client in an Advisory/Consultative role, encompassing product/platform adoption, best practices, planning and optimization, ITOM (advise on Discovery, Service Mapping, etc.). These resources will not be creating requirements or writing codes. They would advise the customer to achieve best outcomes with the specific ServiceNow workflows.
