IT Technology Integrator

• The IT Technology Integrator will design, develop, and optimize data analytics and dashboard solutions to support Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives.
• This role focuses on building impactful Power BI dashboards, enhancing data architecture, and leveraging AI-enabled analytics tools to demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
• The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in data visualization, data engineering, and cross-functional collaboration within enterprise environments.

Dashboard Development And Maintenance:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that communicate cohesive stories and demonstrate business impact.
• Design modern, visually compelling dashboards using data visualization best practices.
• Support and enhance Learning and Development dashboards in Smartsheet.
• Ensure dashboard reliability, data accuracy, and optimal performance.
• Create documentation and user guides for dashboard consumers.

• Maintain and optimize data sources and pipelines.
• Support data mapping and data engineering initiatives to build scalable L&D data architecture.
• Work with Microsoft Fabric and enterprise data sources to integrate data into Power BI solutions.
• Develop and maintain DAX queries and advanced data models.
• Collaborate with enterprise data teams to align with organizational data strategies.

• Provide analytics to demonstrate performance outcomes of learning solutions.
• Support implementation of learning metrics and course evaluation strategies using technologies such as SCORM, AICC, and xAPI.
• Develop metrics frameworks aligned with human performance technology principles.
• Create analytics solutions to support skill-based assessment and competency tracking initiatives.

• Consult with L&D teams on best practices in data visualization and reporting.
• Recommend technology-based analytics solutions to enhance learning initiatives.
• Support Learning Process and Technology team initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and IT partners to implement data solutions.
• Leverage LMS reporting capabilities, including SuccessFactors Learning, to extract and visualize data.

• Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude to enhance analysis and reporting.
• Develop AI-powered analytics solutions to improve insights generation.
• Explore emerging technologies to enhance learning analytics capabilities.

• Bachelor s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of demonstrated expertise in Power BI dashboard development, including DAX programming.
• Experience with modern data engineering tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data architecture principles.
• Proven experience designing dashboards that demonstrate measurable business impact.
• Experience supporting or implementing learning technology projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visually compelling, story-driven dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Master s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field.
• Experience with LMS reporting and administration, particularly SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Experience with learning analytics technologies such as xAPI, SCORM, or LRS platforms.
• Experience with Smartsheet dashboard development.
• Programming knowledge in Python, SQL, JavaScript, or R.
• Experience developing solutions with AI technologies such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical or similar environments.
• Familiarity with human performance technology tools or skill-based assessment platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor s degree required.
• Master s degree preferred.
