Role Overview

The Forward Deployed Engineer will collaborate with customers to understand AI use cases, data needs, and integrations. They will assist in translating objectives into technical plans leveraging Optimizely AI. The role involves leading technical deployments, interacting with customer tech stacks, and developing custom tools and integrations. The engineer will support the design and build of custom applications or connectors for AI workflows, especially Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to understand AI use cases, data needs, and integrations

Lead technical deployments of Optimizely AI (Opal)

Develop custom tools and integrations for AI workflows

Troubleshoot technical issues

Assist in translating objectives into technical plans
