Summary

The State Corporation Commission (SCC) is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and enhancements. The role requires strong experience with ServiceNow development, JavaScript, ITSM modules, REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Flow Designer. The developer will create secure integrations, workflows, business rules, scripts, APIs, and user-friendly interfaces across Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, and Workspaces. Responsibilities include configuring Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to convert business requirements into scalable solutions. The role also involves troubleshooting platform, integration, data, security, and performance issues. Strong knowledge of testing, code reviews, source control, security, and release management is required. Experience with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and other ServiceNow domains is preferred. Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS-ITSM are a plus. Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
