This position is responsible for driving both strategic technology initiatives and project delivery. The daily responsibilities include managing development tasks, business expectations, and driving project deliveries to ensure alignment with long-term strategy. The role also ensures the ongoing stability, resilience, and risk management of applications that enable key business partner capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business requirements and expectations to deliver technology capabilities across multiple strategies and projects.
- Lead development teams in partnership with project management to deliver capabilities on time and within budget.
- Identify and manage risks and dependencies, and quantify their impact on the business and technology.
- Utilize a combination of factual and emotional points to exert influence and gain agreement from stakeholders and senior managers.
- Participate in the development or integration of lean/efficiency initiatives into technology.
- Contribute to the development of applications based on provided designs.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- 3+ years in technology project management or technology delivery for internal company use.
- Banking and financial experience is a plus.
Education:- Technical degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Working familiarity with applications for program, project, and financial management.
- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance, or PMP certification.
- Experience with systems development lifecycle practices, including Agile and Waterfall methods.
- Technical skills such as MS Access, SQL, Alteryx, or Tableau.
- Experience with and desire to work in an Agile process (e.g., pair programming, daily stand-ups).
