Title: Senior Project Manager – Public-Private Strategy

Ideal Candidate: Someone who understands the investment management lifecycle (front office, investment operations, data, and technology) and can independently drive multiple workstreams, manage integrated plans, dependencies, risks, and executive stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications
· Strong Asset Management / Investment Management industry experience.
· Demonstrated experience managing large, complex technology or business transformation programs within asset management or financial services.
· Strong understanding of the investment management lifecycle and the interaction between front office, investment operations, data, and technology.
· Experience managing programs involving multiple applications, data flows, business processes, and technology teams.
· Proven ability to create and manage complex integrated project/program plans involving multiple workstreams and dependencies.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and delivery teams.
· Strong executive presence and ability to independently facilitate meetings involving senior business and technology stakeholders.
· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
· Strong RAID, dependency, milestone, and decision-management discipline.
· Ability to operate effectively in an environment where requirements, priorities, and dependencies may evolve.
