Sr. ServiceNow Developer (Hybrid)
Primary Location: Atlanta, Georgia

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Sr. ServiceNow Developer for our premier client in Atlanta, Georgia.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications »
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.

Education and Experience »
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), CSM (Customer service management also called PSDS), HAM (Hardware asset management).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
  • ServiceNow platform expertise (development, configuration, integration).: 6 years.
  • JavaScript and scripting knowledge.: 6 years.
  • API integration (REST/SOAP web services).: 6 years.
  • ITSM and ITOM process optimization.: 6 years.
  • ITSM, CSM, HAM, and FSM experience: 6 years.
  • Agile/Scrum project delivery.: 6 years.
  • Technical documentation and system design.: 6 years.
  • Troubleshooting and analytical thinking.: 6 years. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
  • Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions.
  • Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
