We are seeking to hire several Master Schedulers with Project Management and PMO backgrounds, preferably in Healthcare / Medicare projects, to join our team working on a new multi-year award we have within State Gov’t clients, modernizing their Medicare/Medicaid claims systems. These roles are 100% remote.
Being a US Cit is required for working on this program.
This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k).

Job Description: Master Scheduler with Project Management and PMO background
· Support a centralized management structure for all project management functions
· Develop and maintain project staffing models and proactively Identifies appropriate resources required. Work with leadership to staff projects.
· Execute a centralized management structure for all project management functions, including:
o Program Deliverables and Milestones - identify, track, and manage
o Project work plan – MS Project schedule development and management
o Engagement team’s time tracking, work assignments, and status reporting
o Scope and Change Control management
o Company contract requirements – manage requirement changes, traceability to deliverables, RAID items, test cases and defects.
o Risk, Issue, Action, Assumption, Decision log management
o Stakeholder communications – work to gain concurrence, approval, and consensus as needed for project management deliverables and artifacts.
o Mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others
o Implement Project Management Framework that aligns to company standards
What we’re looking for (minimum qualifications)
· Minimum 6 years of experience as a Master Scheduler with Project Management and PMO background, preferably experienced in Medicaid and Healthcare
· Minimum 6 years of experience in implementation of software technology projects
· CAPM or PMP certification is preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project proficiency
· Excellent communication skills and ability to manage work well remotely
· Convey acknowledge of project management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches - exude credibility as a subject matter expert
· Ability to support US hours for the US State Clients
