Description
Throughout the engagement: o Contribute to the development of a scalable, university-wide OCM framework including methodologies, governance, processes, templates, and success metrics. o Create toolkits, playbooks, and standardized deliverables to ensure consistency and quality across all change initiatives. o Help establish scalable approaches for change intake, prioritization, and measurement. o Assist in building CMO identity and presence across campus through engagement, communication, and relationship-building with colleges, schools, and administrative units. o Assess change impacts, risks, and readiness; develop mitigation and communication plans. o Support stakeholder engagement across academic, administrative, and IT groups. o Oversee and/or create training, enablement, and reinforcement plans. o Report on change readiness, adoption metrics, and operational risks to leadership. o Contribute to building a sustainable culture of structured change adoption at Loyola. While OCM Director is on leave: o Provide day-to-day leadership and direction of the Change Management Office. o Serve as primary advisor to project managers, IT leadership, and business unit partners. o Serve as the primary OCM lead for the university's Workday implementation, partnering closely with the program team, functional leads, change network, and technical workstreams. o Manage a comprehensive Workday OCM strategy and roadmap, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, readiness assessments, and end-user adoption strategies. o Establish and manage a structured change agent network to support Workday awareness, engagement, testing, training, and reinforcement across campus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred. 7+ years of OCM or related experience, including large-scale transformation work. Hands-on experience leading change for major SaaS/Cloud ERP implementations Proven ability to conduct change impact analysis, readiness assessments, and develop communication and training strategies. Experience building or maturing an OCM practice, including frameworks, toolkits, and governance processes. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across academic, administrative, leadership, and IT groups. Familiarity with ACMP, Prosci, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or similar methodologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in higher education preferred Experience with Workday implementations preferred Familiarity with emerging technologies and best practices in ERP preferred Relevant certifications such as ACMP, PROSCI preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $7.25 - $85.00/hr.
