Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated GenAI Lead / Senior AI Engineer to join our growing AI team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on designing, developing, and deploying next-generation AI-powered applications, conversational AI platforms, and agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, AWS cloud architecture, scalable backend development, and production-grade AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications including chatbots, virtual assistants, voice AI solutions, and intelligent automation platforms.
• Lead the development and implementation of Agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI systems.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices to support AI applications.
• Design, implement, and optimize cloud-native AI solutions on AWS.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Develop multi-step AI workflows, tool integrations, and intelligent automation frameworks.
• Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Implement best practices for software engineering, cloud architecture, and AI application development.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for AI initiatives and solution design.

Required Skills:

• 5 10 years of Software Engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI development experience.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience building Conversational AI and chatbot applications.
• Hands-on experience developing production-grade AI applications.
• Experience creating multi-step AI workflows, intelligent agents, and tool integrations.
• Familiarity with Voice AI technologies, including:
• Speech-to-Text (STT)
• Text-to-Speech (TTS)
• Exposure to Image Generation and Multimodal AI solutions.
• Strong programming experience with:
• Python
• Node.js
• Experience developing scalable:
• APIs
• Backend Services
• Microservices
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and system design.
• Hands-on AWS cloud experience including:
• ECS
• EKS
• AWS Lambda
• API Gateway
• Amazon S3
• DynamoDB
• RDS
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading AI engineering teams or technical initiatives.
• Experience deploying large-scale AI applications in production environments.
• Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks and autonomous agent architectures.
• Experience with LLM integration and AI-powered automation solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-native application development and containerized deployments.
• AWS Certifications are a plus.
• Experience with enterprise AI transformation initiatives is preferred.
