Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Job Location: San Jose, CA
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
  • Lead planning and execution of application development projects aligned with business goals.
  • Manage full project lifecycle using Agile methodologies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Define, track, and report key performance indicators and delivery metrics.
  • Drive team performance through structured planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope and technical solutions.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and support resolution of design and development challenges.
  • Manage project dependencies and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
  • Promote continuous improvement in development and delivery processes.
  • Follow industry best practices in program and project management.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or Engineering Lead.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience defining and managing KPIs and delivery metrics.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Conceptual knowledge of Java, modern UI frameworks, and system integration technologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver software development projects.
  • Manage Agile processes and team collaboration.
  • Track project performance and provide regular updates.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Support technical discussions and decision-making processes.
Should Have:
  • Experience with enterprise-level systems or large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
  • Ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to engage with engineering teams on technical topics.

Qualification And Education:
