Duties/Day to Day Overview | - Support roadmap planning, functional requirement definition, backlog management, and prioritization activities aligned with global business priorities, providing input and recommendations to product and IT leadership.
- Drive functional product delivery activities across the Global Product team, supporting company-owned markets in Australia, United Kingdom, and Canada, as well as international franchise markets.
- Collaborate with product managers across Finance, WMS, OMS, and other platform domains to define and align global requirements, along with engineering and QA teams, to deliver integrated capabilities supporting global end-to-end business processes.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for NetSuite-related functional design, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancements across supported markets.
- Support delivery and ongoing enhancement of the GMTP platform (our global commerce platform), including coordination across core systems such as ecommerce, Sterling OMS, WMS, purchasing, inventory, and Oracle Financials.
- Drive definition and alignment of global requirements across markets, while supporting functional ownership of non-ecommerce operational areas within GMTP and contributing to ecommerce feature delivery as needed.
- Manage and support the franchise platform, including issue resolution and system transition activities to support migration to the new platform.
- Partner with business stakeholders, operations teams, engineering teams, and external vendors to drive successful delivery of global supply chain and order management capabilities.
- Develop and maintain understanding of adjacent business processes and integrated systems to ensure reliable design and development across OMS, supply chain, finance, and ecommerce workflows.
- Provide functional production support during deployments, system transitions, and operational launches to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.

| - 7+ years of experience in product management supporting Order Management Systems (OMS), supply chain systems, or enterprise ecommerce platforms.
- Demonstrated experience working with Order Management Systems (Sterling is strongly preferred), including deep understanding of the sales order lifecycle such as order capture, sourcing, drop ship fulfillment, returns processing, and end-to-end order lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience working with supply chain processes including purchase order lifecycle, inventory lifecycle management, distribution center fulfillment operations, and vendor-related processes.
- Demonstrated ability to understand the financial impact of operational transactions and partner effectively with finance and Oracle product teams to ensure accurate financial outcomes across integrated workflows and multi-entity business models.
- Demonstrated experience identifying and supporting AI/ML-driven product enhancements — including generative AI and predictive analytics — applied to ecommerce or supply chain workflows, with hands-on involvement in use case definition, pilot execution, and cross-functional delivery into production environments.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own and manage functional delivery within NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
- Demonstrated experience working with NetSuite preferably in functional areas such as Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, or SuiteCommerce.
- Experience supporting backend systems within other ERP systems is fine too.
- Demonstrated experience authoring functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria within tools such as JIRA or similar systems.
- Demonstrated ability to participate in and support functional testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment validation.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple product domains in global or multisystem environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand end-to-end business workflows and identify functional gaps.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones and business environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a contractor capacity while maintaining alignment with internal product teams and delivery schedules.
- Comfortable working in environments with evolving priorities, platform transitions, and global operational complexity.
