•       Enforce Salesforce security best practices (MFA, IP restrictions, field-level security, least-privilege access) and conduct quarterly user access reviews to support FedRAMP and FISMA compliance.
•       Monitor and triage integration failures across connected systems (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs); support data load operations using Data Loader or equivalent ETL tools.
•       Maintain O&M documentation including org inventories, SOPs, runbooks, and architecture diagrams; produce weekly/monthly operational reports on platform health and incident KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
•       2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex, multi-org enterprise environment; federal government or regulated healthcare IT experience strongly preferred.
•       Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Approval Processes, Reports/Dashboards), data management (SOQL, Data Loader), and the Salesforce security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing Rules).
•       Working knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and metadata deployment; familiarity with integration patterns, Connected Apps, and API monitoring.
•       Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Service Cloud Consultant preferred. ITIL Foundation a plus.
•       Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance or higher. Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, and ATO processes preferred.
