SAP Tax Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Tax Consultant to support design, configuration, and implementation of tax solutions within SAP S/4HANA Finance. The role covers end-to-end tax processes including determination, reporting, compliance, and integration with external tax engines such as Vertex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support direct tax reporting, tax provisions, and compliance
• Configure and manage sales and use tax, withholding tax, and property tax
• Work with GL, Fixed Assets (FI-AA), and intercompany transactions
• Support transfer pricing and intercompany accounting processes
• Ensure audit-ready, accurate tax reporting and reconciliations
• Collaborate with Tax, Finance, and IT teams
• Support integration with external tax engines (e.g., Vertex)

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (Tax domain)
• Hands-on experience with direct, indirect, property, and withholding tax
• Experience with intercompany accounting and transfer pricing
• Strong understanding of financial data (GL, Fixed Assets)
• Ability to deliver compliant, audit-ready tax reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Vertex or similar tax engines
• Exposure to SAP PaPM, Alteryx, or related tools
• Experience in industrial or complex environments
