Summary

We are hiring SAP S/4HANA EAM professionals to support design, implementation, and optimization of Enterprise Asset Management solutions. The role focuses on maintenance work management, scheduling, MRO inventory integration, and procurement alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and support SAP EAM processes (notifications, work orders, preventive & corrective maintenance)
Manage work order lifecycle (plan, schedule, execute, close)
Configure maintenance scheduling and capacity planning
Integrate EAM with MRO warehouse and inventory processes
Support procurement integration with SAP Ariba
Ensure inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and reconciliation
Collaborate with business teams across maintenance, operations, and supply chain

Required Skills:

Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM / Asset Management
Expertise in work order planning, scheduling, and maintenance processes
Experience with MRO inventory and warehouse integration
Knowledge of SAP Ariba integration
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Experience in asset-intensive industries (manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities)
Exposure to EWM/WM and SAP Fiori
Experience with shutdown/turnaround maintenance
