Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global scientific communications strategy across publications & medical affairs
  • Own publication planning & execution (ICMJE, GPP, CONSORT, PRISMA compliance)
  • Manage scientific content development (slide decks, digital assets, congress materials)
  • Lead congress strategy & execution (booths, symposia, insights, debriefs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams & external authors/journals
  • Oversee vendors, budgets, and timelines
  • Act as medical approver for scientific materials

Required Qualifications:

  • MD / PharmD / PhD or Master s in biomedical field
  • 5+ years (PhD) or 7+ years (Master s) in Medical Affairs / Scientific Communications
  • Strong experience in publications and/or medical communications
  • Knowledge of clinical trials, drug development, and data reporting
  • Familiar with GPP, ICMJE, CONSORT, PRISMA guidelines
  • Experience working in a global matrix environment
