Communications Lead / Analyst

Bachelors degree

Experience creating communications schedules and strategy for IT projects. If they have done it for a PBM or Healthcare it would be very nice.

Must have led communications efforts with a focus on translating content and message delivery.

SharePoint experience.

Smartsheet would be nice

5 years of experience in communications, change management, or regulatory program leadership.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Experience planning and managing change in response to regulatory mandates, with demonstrable results.
Self-starter with a bias for action.
Ability to influence and build relationships across internal stakeholder groups.
