Job Description
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Manager will focus on managing and supporting the Quality Engineering team on day-to-day tasks while working with manufacturing, engineering, sales, program management, and manufacturing engineering teams and other management and oversight tasks as assigned by the Director of Quality. The Quality Manager will be responsible for reviewing and approving daily time charges, quality resource management, submittal and review of bids and proposals, review of submitted ETC's, providing conflict resolution, safety audits, FOD audits, metric recording and reporting. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for Quality Engineering training and mentorship of the Quality Engineering team. The Quality Manager will attend tiered meetings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The Quality Manager will assist with providing knowledge and guidance to the Kratos team with regards to the Quality Policy, the CAPA process, FOD inspection, Work Order Compliance, and general Safety.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
- 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Office environment.
- Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, 10-key, phone).
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
