Summary

Lead Agilist

Introduction:

As a Lead Agilist, you will play a key role in supporting software delivery squads by providing hands-on Scrum Master and Agile coaching expertise. Your focus will be on facilitating continuous delivery, continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.

Responsibilities:

Provide Scrum and Agile coaching to software delivery squads
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Demonstrate servant leadership and facilitate team collaboration
Coach Product Owners on Agile best practices
Resolve conflicts and address impediments to team progress
Foster self-organizing, high-performing teams
Implement Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Manage continuous integration, continuous delivery, and cross-team dependencies

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Minimum 10 years of overall experience in software development
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
Proven coaching and facilitation skills to guide teams through Agile practices
Experience in continuous delivery, continuous improvement, and DevOps practices

Preferred Skills:

Experience with organizational change management
Certifications in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Knowledge of Lean principles and practices
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
