Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain GIS-based applications and geospatial solutions.
Build and manage geoprocessing workflows, GIS web services, and automation scripts.
Publish and administer services using ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Portal, and ArcGIS Server.
Develop web-based GIS applications using ArcGIS Enterprise, Experience Builder, Dashboards, Arcade, ArcPy, and ESRI JavaScript APIs.
Perform spatial analysis, data integration, and geographic dataset management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and provide technical solutions.
Prepare technical specifications, system documentation, and support knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with ArcGIS Pro and advanced geoprocessing tools.
Hands-on expertise with ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, and ArcGIS Server.
Experience developing GIS applications using ESRI technologies, ArcPy, and Python.
Knowledge of GIS concepts, cartography, spatial databases, geoprocessing, WMS, and WFS.
Experience with .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, AJAX, XML, and JSON.
Experience with Oracle, Azure SQL, MS SQL Server, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and database triggers.
Knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies and GIS data integration.
Experience creating WCAG 2.0 AA-compliant applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Public Sector/OPS experience.
Experience with R programming and advanced spatial analytics.
Strong project leadership, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications:

Proven experience delivering enterprise GIS solutions and leading technical initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused approach.
