Business Analyst

Charlotte NC

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Broadridge Impact workflows.
Work closely with operations, middle office, and IT teams to support:

Trade processing (equities, fixed income, derivatives)
Settlements (DTC, Euroclear, Clearstream)
Corporate actions & income processing

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for system enhancements.
Support implementation, upgrade, or migration projects involving Broadridge Impact modules.
Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and gap analysis between legacy systems and Impact.
Drive UAT testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Analyze system issues and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for resolution.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within post-trade workflows.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Trade lifecycle processing in Broadridge Impact
Settlements, reconciliation, and accounting modules
Corporate actions and income events

Familiarity with Impact data models and workflows

Business Analysis Skills

Requirement gathering (BRD, FRD, user stories)
Strong stakeholder communication and documentation
