Business Analyst

Charlotte NC

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Broadridge Impact workflows.
  • Work closely with operations, middle office, and IT teams to support:
    • Trade processing (equities, fixed income, derivatives)
    • Settlements (DTC, Euroclear, Clearstream)
    • Corporate actions & income processing
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for system enhancements.
  • Support implementation, upgrade, or migration projects involving Broadridge Impact modules.
  • Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and gap analysis between legacy systems and Impact.
  • Drive UAT testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Analyze system issues and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within post-trade workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

 

Required Skills & Experience

    • Trade lifecycle processing in Broadridge Impact
    • Settlements, reconciliation, and accounting modules
    • Corporate actions and income events
  • Familiarity with Impact data models and workflows

Business Analysis Skills

  • Requirement gathering (BRD, FRD, user stories)
  • Strong stakeholder communication and documentation
