Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee customer onboarding projects and support business operations. The role involves managing multiple projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Description

Manage multiple customer onboarding projects from planning to completion
Monitor project timelines, performance, risks, and deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
Track and report project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
Support change management, risk assessment, and issue resolution
Prepare reports using tools like ServiceNow and SAP Analytics Cloud
Maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures
Contribute to improving project management processes and best practices

Requirements

5+ years of project management experience
3+ years of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience
3+ years of experience within an SAP environment
Experience managing large-scale or cross-functional projects
Basic understanding of cloud services and business processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel proficiency required)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Project, Excel, Word)
Experience working with technical teams is preferred
Familiarity with SAP environments and ServiceNow is an advantage
Bachelor s Degree
