Technical Project Manager Digital Payments

We re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex digital banking and payments initiatives from planning through production. You ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Operations, and business teams to drive delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure successful releases.
What You ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise digital banking and payment initiatives.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate release planning, Go/No-Go, CAB, production readiness, and deployments.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams on technical dependencies and integrations.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release planning.
- Coordinate migrations, client implementations, and production support activities.
- Drive collaboration across onshore/offshore teams and third-party vendors.
What We re Looking For
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience, preferably with a technical/coding background.
- Strong understanding of APIs, REST, microservices, Azure, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Experience with release and change management, including CAB and production readiness.
- Strong Agile/Scrum and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub, and/or MS Project.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Banking & Payments Experience
Experience with Commercial Banking, Treasury, ACH, RTP, Wire Transfers, Digital Payments, banking integrations, or financial institution migrations is highly preferred.
