Description of Position:
• This position will join the Knowledge and Content Management team supporting a SharePoint intranet modernization project.
• In this role, you will partner with the Lead Knowledge Management Analyst to consult with internal departments, guiding them through the transition from SharePoint Classic to Modern.
• We are looking for a problem-solver, a self-starter with deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem who can turn complex information into streamlined site experiences using the guidance and structure designed for the organization.
Minimum specification requirements:
• Five years of experience in a content, knowledge or records management role
• Accessibility and WCAG standards
• HTML/XHTML, Javascript (jQuery, AJAX), CSS, XML, XSLT
• Web Content Management Systems
• Java or .NET
• SharePoint
• Experience with SharePoint modern platform
• Experience with SharePoint components and architecture such as sites and libraries
• Communications Requirements
• Experience working with customers to classify and migrate content
• Experience documenting knowledge or processes for training purposes
• Experience administering digital content repositories and workflows
• Experience developing and carrying out individual and group training
• Experience architecting and proposing solutions to communicate documents and information
• Experience communicating with team members and customers
• Experience documenting and articulating customer needs to inform solutions
• Experience expressing ideas and concerns clearly and concisely, verbally, in various presentation formats, and in writing
