Business Systems Analyst – Coupa
Location: 100% remote CST only
Contract Length: 6 months
Pay Rate: 80/hr

About the Role:
As a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Coupa, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our Coupa platform across multiple modules, ensuring seamless integration with our enterprise systems. You will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving process improvements and supporting global procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management & Optimization: Maintain and support the Coupa modules — P2P, SIM, Core, and CRA — with a focus on both functional and technical aspects (approximately 80% functional, 20% technical).
• Procurement & Supplier Collaboration: Oversee catalog management, facilitate project and non-project procurements, manage approval workflows, and support supplier collaboration through CSP, cXML, and SAN protocols.
• Integration Support: Administer and troubleshoot integrations between Coupa and connected systems such as Oracle ERP, Workday, Vertex, and ServiceNow. Ensure data integrity and resolve system issues swiftly.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global teams across US, EMEA, and other regions to implement enhancements within an Agile framework, fostering continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify processes, drive best practices, and enhance user experience and adoption rates.
• Testing & Documentation: Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare comprehensive documentation, and coordinate release activities to ensure successful deployments.

What We Require:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Coupa modules (P2P, SIM, Core, CRA).
• Proven experience supporting Coupa-Oracle ERP and other system integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with global stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in implementing or supporting global Procure-to-Pay or Supplier Management processes.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa configuration, workflow design, and data analysis.
