Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their team in the western suburbs!
Top Skills- Strong customer service and clear communication skills
- Experience supporting users with Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Comfortable using remote support tools
- Basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Responsibilities- Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues
- Track, update, and close tickets within SLA guidelines
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base articles
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Aurora, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
